Calendar URLs not syncing

I have added several events in iCal that contain webpage links. For example, I have an event for dinner at a restaurant, which includes in the location field a Google Maps link of the restaurant location (I right-clicked to "Make Link") and the url field contains the restaurants webpage. I have MobileMe sync over-air with my iPhone. The link in the location field shows up, but I am unable to click on it to open up Google Maps (or Safari). The url field does not even show up at all. Any ideas on how to sync url's in iCal to the iPhone so that they show up as actual clickable links on the iPhone's Calendar app? Thanks in advance...
