Calibrating an external display to match the MBP?

I have an anti-glare late '11 MBP and its technically used as the 2nd display.

I use a Dell ST2410 display but while both displays on together, the 24" display doesnt have any profiles in the prefs and it just calls it the "Dell ST2410" and no options...

However- my MBP just uses the "Color LCD" that I'd assume that its the standard profile.

Of course, the Dell screen seemed a bit yellowish and maybe too blue too, but I'm unsure how to calibrate the whole setup properly.
