Calibrating MBP's mini-LED display with i1display Studio?

It's a first time calibrating MBP with mini-LED and the menu itself is totally different than before. I do have BenQ display with hardware calibration and it's easy to pick ICC profile but not MBP alone. There is no option whenever I use MBP alone without an external display. I have i1display Studio calibrator btw.

What is the best calibration workflow with a latest MBP with mini-LED? How can I use a calibrated ICC profile while I'm not using an external display?

ART is Right on YouTube has an informative workflow for doing this. It's rather easy and comes very close to hardware calibration.
