Calibrating My NEC 3090

Is there a way to calibrate the colors of my NEC 3090 to match the 30 inch apple cinema colors?

Seems like the built in USB calibrator for the NEC 3090 doesn't help. Oranges are really bright and saturated and reds are blinding.
