Is there a way to call someone directly to their voicemail to leave a message? Als owhen you leave a message is there a way to redo your message if you mess up?

If their phone is turned on and they have a signal, you can not call direct to voicemail. At least not on purpose. I sometimes will get voicemail when my phone does not even show a missed call, but it's usually when I am in an area with a bad signal.

It depends on the carrier that the person is using.

Some allow you to "send a voice message" to someone, even if their phone is switched on and they'd answer the phone when called.

You usually have to dial YOUR voicemail (if you're on the same carrier as them) or a central number of some sort.
