Call failed notification stops future notifications

If I get a call and end it on my phone (power button), I get a “Call Failed” on my watch. Until I hit the X to dismiss the notification, I get no new notifications. After clearing the Call Failed everything works fine.
How can I fix this or at least not show failed calls on my watch.
