Question - if I set my iPhone to forward to another cell phone, will SMS messages also get forwarded, or will they only be received by the iPhone?

Too many tadgers on sites like this think everyone should be as geeky as them when it comes to technology. If you don't know something, fair enough.

I don't want to be rude at all, but isn't obvious? For something is called call forwarding. You don't need to be ubber geek to understand that. No offense. Sorry.
Call forwarding will forward calls.

Forward calls forwards calls BUT!
If you have a free wireless on that phone you can download a program that turns your sms into emails and forwards them to your email that way if your new phone has a data plan youll recive sms on your old phone via email on your new phone and because you have forwarded your calls you wont miss anything except mms.
