Call identification in iOS 17.4

Hi,
One of new options introduced by Apple in iOS 17.4 is "Call identification".
How can I enable this function (iPhone 15 Pro)?
In addition, I have another identification application installed, maybe that's why I can't see Apple's solution in system settings?

go to Settings>Phone>Call Identification or blocking, there you can see those apps which supports Identification and blocking and then you can turn them off or on
