Hi - I am trying to override menu in Contact/Phone book. I need 'Call using' option. Do you have any idea on how to do this?

Google voice and other apps seem to override without jail breaking it. It shows 'Call using Google Voice'

So, it should be possible. Any insights will be appreciated.
