Call notification Pushed to Mac

Is such a thing possible?

So that when a call comes in on the iPhone, a notification is sent (via WiFi, or internet) to a Mac, displaying who is calling?

Does such an app exist by any chance?

Basically what I'm looking for is Prowl in reverse...

Sorry if I have been vague, but I'm not even sure I know what I want from this...

Yep, it's called Google Voice
And it can do much more than that
