Call of Duty 2 "Key Code In Use" error?

Just bought OS X Lion, along with Call Of Duty 2. Both From The Mac app store. Now I really want to play online But It says "Key Code In Use" each time. I Have contacted support and no one will answer my emails. Does anyone o here know how to fix this problem?:confused:
