call phone number for 1 second and disconnect

how can i write code for iphone for calling a phone number for just delay = i.e one second and immediately after the delay is finished the calling is stopping.

how can i write code for iphone for calling a phone number for just delay = i.e one second and immediately after the delay is finished the calling is stopping.

I briefly looked over the frameworks/API's and this is what I found: https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/navigation/#section=Frameworks&topic=CoreTelephony

I didn't see one that allowed access to actually make a call. But I'm not an iOS developer, just trying to help. Hopefully somebody with more knowledge would be able to assist you.
