iPhone 11 Pro Call Quality Issue?

Is anyone having the same issue where the earpiece makes a high pitched tone whenever someone speaks? My iPhone X was fine, but it's hard to describe. The earpiece seems to have a high pitched background when either I speak or someone is saying something to me. Wasn't sure if this was just me or perhaps the device? I have an iPhone 11 Pro on T Mobile.

You can try turning off VoLTE, turning it on again and network reset.

I have this buzzing issue too when someone speaks on the call but only in speaker mode at full volume, only from earpiece speaker.

I am getting countless call drop outs on my iPhone 11 PRO-I am on my 3rd iPhone 11 now and the issue is continuing.
