They couldnt add the Applecare + though cause there was no serial # / phone yet to link it to

Did you have to change the billing address or they just did it for you?

Customer chat wouldnt do it, also said they were set to ship on 19th not due by then even though thats what it says. Clueless.

i'm thinking about cancelling my Apple order and just doing Best Buy later this afternoon. Seems less hassle.

They just changed the shipping address.

I called around 8:30AM and it took a little over an hour. Took 1 minute after hold to change the address though!

Called at 8, didn't get through till 9:15. They changed billing name but its not showing... Wtf.
