So if i start the phone app on my aw i get the 'Favourites, Recents, Contacts & Voicemail' screen, but if i then click on voicemail i get 'Access Voicemail on iPhone'.

However if i select contacts and voicemail from my contacts I can then call my voicemail directly from my aw.
And before I'm asked, the number via both roots is the same.

Yes, when I hit it I see a list of my Voicemails and they playback fine.

likewise. It does not require a password to access my voicemail on my phone or the watch. I am sure that is in the settings menu on your phone.

I have the same issue. The voicemail button does not work.

I get this message.

Even when my iPhone is unlocked.

I wonder if it is a provider thing?

But Neo, can you call voicemail through your aw contacts?

I have AT&T and I can get it to work just fine on my watch. One thing I did notice is I can access and see voicemail and play back from my watch when I don't have provider service, but I'm on wifi. If I try to look at voicemail when I don't have service via my iPhone, I can't access visual voicemail at all. So it actually plays no matter what on my watch, but I'm limited on my phone when out of service range of my provider, which is great, because I was out of luck before.

For those of you not able to view and listen to voicemail from your watch, what iPhone OS version are you running? I'm still running 9.1 PB.
