Call Waiting not working

Anyone else having a problem with call waiting? If I'm on a call and try to call my phone it goes straight to voicemail. I've tried a reset and toggling the "call waiting" switch on and off to no avail.
 
FYI for anyone who has this happen...

Called AT&T and they solved it by removing the "Call Waiting" feature and re-applying it.
