Call with the iPhone on clickable links in Safari on the Mac

Hi,

I am doing some sales calls now and it would be really great if I could click on the tel:-links on Safari on the Mac and then that these calls were being done directly on my iPhone.

Is this possible in anyway ? :)

Would be nice since I then could use the computer for CRM - getting the info of the customers, and then could walk away from the computer when talking the calls.
