i just got callclear in cydia and it doesnt work even though it says it works with 4.0.1. what gives?

has anyone got this to work? a reboot and respring didnt fix it for me

It's working fine for me. I'm on 4.0.1 on iPhone 4. Make sure your volume setting is up using the ipod app, not the settings app. I hope the developer will change this way of adjusting the volume as it is independent of the ringtone volume which is set in the settings.

Volume settings? I think the OP is asking about Callclear, which in Cydia seems to indicate an app which can delete individual phone call records. It seems like you are talking about CallTell, which announces who is calling/texting.

OP, if that doesn't work you can try Recent/Calllog Delete. I use that and it works perfectly.

You're right. I apologize for the error.

Recent/Callog Delete works perfectly for me as well.

can you delete the call straight from the native call log?
