Caller ID apps on iPhone?

I recently switched back from Android to iOS again and I've been searching the appstore for an app that will identify unknown callers/ texts, does such an app exist? I used True caller ID/ White pages and they all did the job

I don't think the API allows apps to access your call history, so probably not.

There may be a jailbreak solution, though. Waiting for a jailbreaker to chime in...
