Caller ID Feature Issue

I'm on IOS 14.5.1, and when I come to turn off the show call ID option to make a call so my number doesn't show when I come back to turn the caller ID on, I get a spinning wheel constantly and won't allow me to turn on the feature again, I am forced to hard reset my iPhone to be able to turn the caller ID back on, anyone else have this issue

Yes. I occasionally have this issue, although much less since iOS 14.5.1.

I find flicking Airplane Mode on then back off works.
