Caller ID issue, please help.

My mothers iPhone 4S is no longer showing Caller ID, when I call it just shows up my number, not my name...and it's doing this for all calls. Can anyone help me out, her's is a Verizon iPhone 4S.

Go to settings and under phone go to show my caller ID. It should be ON

Thats the weird thing, she is missing options in phone settings. Like on my iPhone 4S on AT&T I have the caller ID option but for some reason on her phone she doesn't have that option. I don't know how it could just disappear. Any more suggestions.

I don't have it on my Sprint 4S, either.

Well I just reset her phone and then restored from Backup and everything is working fine now. Don't know why the caller ID tweaked out but all is well now. Thanks for your help guys!
