Caller ID Problem, Please Help

hello,

I am using an iPhone 4 iOS 4.2.1

when someone calls me I can not see the name, only the phone number appears. I even cant see the name in last calls screen. Only phone numbers there.

I put 00 infront of the number nothing changed.

Then changed it with +. But still same. Only the Last Calls screen is fixed but incoming calls are still only numbers.

And it looks crazy to change 600+ contacts only for a half fix.

Can you please help?

select the phone number from the history and then add it to an existing contact.

then compare the 2 numbers in the contact to see how the formatting of the number is different.
