Caller id says "blocked" or "restricted"

After recently jailbreaking my 2g 2.1 iphone, i thought i had worked our all the kinks and problems that usually come with jailbreaking. BUT, friends and family say when ever i call them, i show up "restricted" or "blocked." Now, i don't know if this is an apple/AT&T problem or a jailbreak problem. My guess would probably be from jailbreaking, but who knows.. has anyone had this problem happen to them or know what to do?

Go into settings, then phone, then turn on ShowCallerID.
