Caller ID Showing as United States Instead of City

Ever since upgrading to 14 my phones caller ID shows all incoming calls as coming from the United States instead of the city/state. When looking at missed calls, it will properly show the city/state.

Are others seeing this, and any idea if fixes are planned?

As I recall one of the more recent iOS 14 updates listed that as one of the issues it addressed.
