not Snow Leopard, but Leopard.

If you have iStat pro installed, what's the temperature usually at?

I installed Snow Leopard way back and I'm really regretting it right now since my MacBook hovers between 65-70 degrees Celsius. I don't remember it being this hot in Leopard.

Also, all I'm doing right now is web browsing and Adium and my fans are spinning and my MacBook is hot.

Anyone have any insight here?

In Snow Leopard, it is usually at 60º just web-browsing, running Skype and Mail.

Make sure you have the Intel package installed. It's some sort of software plugin.

No, it's an iStat thing. I'm not sure how to configure iStat Menus Pro but in iStat Menus, it's System Preferences>iStat Menus>General. Near the bottom it says something about Intel and download. Sorry for being lazy.

Right now, I've been using the computer for about an hour, web and email...CPU temp= 47C. Mind you, it's only ~19-20C (65F) in here, but yeah...just some perspective

I can't find it, if you have a chance please locate it for me.

I have the latest version installed too.

I'll keep looking for it though.
