Calling Apple or Iphone for a free case? Will it work?

Will it work? I heard that some of you guys are getting free ones to fix the reception problem. Would att or apple give me a free one if I call and complain about the antenna? To be honest, I don't find it annoying with the antenna issue, I just want a free bumper. It be cool if this works.
