Calling from search … dials wrong contact

Odd issue I've found. At first I thought it was me or user error, but I've confirmed that it's actually a bug.

When I do a search by pulling downward, type in a contact's last name, then when it shows the contact options, I hit the phone icon and it will often times dial the wrong person.
Usually it's a name that is close to the name I was dialing, but it's the wrong person.

Anyone else seen this?

I have this problem too, has reported to Apple but no reply from them, spotlight acting a bit weird lately too.
