Just like they swindled us with the iPad 4 not long after the iPad 3.

  • A7X chip with % faster speeds, % better graphics performance
  • Touch ID
  • 802.11ac
  • Updated iPods, A7 iPod Touch.

I don't think so. They've accomplished their main goal of bringing the line up to 64-bit. There is no real reason to do a mid-cycle refresh.

The Spring event will be for iWatch and/or TV product.

Did you feel like you were genius when you posted this?

Really? Calling it now?

Wow...I never thought tech moves forward...

I believe A7 in iPad air is actually your bellowed A7X. It offers 2x in CPU and GPU compared to a6x (I guess they used powervr 6630 in iPad A7 compared to 6430 in iPhone 5s)

If they slip in a refresh on us less than 1 year from now, and do even 6 months for the announcement, that would put it in April at the earliest with a May-ish release.

Argument for last year was to get product in-line with lightning connectors.

Seems like same argument exists to get product in-line with TouchID when sensor supply catches up.

Either way, TouchID will be "touted" as a new feature whether it be 6-months or 1-year from now.

I see people have been getting in a fuss over the X in the processor. Why would Apple under power the device? It's faster than Ipad 4 what's the problem?

And touch ID will be the selling point of iphone 5S for a year.

Yes, where is the X? I'm quite concerned of the power in the processor now.
