When I call a fix number or fix phone my micro can't right but,
when a fix number calling my micro is operating ?
Is it right ?

So when using FaceTime, you can hear the other one but he/she can't hear you ?

Maybe something is wrong in your input settings. You should check this :

Change the sound input settings on Mac

On your Mac, choose a different sound input (such as a microphone) using the Input options in Sound settings.
