I am an iOS/OS X guy. A family member has Galaxy S6 and they want to print from it. I figured how to download the plug-in for the HP deskjet printer, but how can I change the default printing settings?

Every time I want to print a picture it automatically chooses printer paper as glossy for "pictures" but I want it to be "plain". I also I want to choose a default "fill-fit on page" and printing quality.

If your printer is wireless, I would suggest using google cloud print. It's a really nice plug in with a good ui. I'm not sure how well it would work in your case and I have never heard of that plugin you mentioned, but give cloud print a shot as it could be easier.
