Calls originated from watch go to phone?

anyone else?

This just started happening (past couple weeks).
Instead of calls STAYING on the watch, they are on my PHONE, even when ORIGINATED on the Watch.
Sometimes it quickly says "handed off"
I can transfer to Watch (the icon in the upper right), but this never happened before.
If I start a call on my Watch, you'd think I'd want it on my Watch...
