CallTell stopped working?

I have the latest software version on J/B iP4 4.1... I tried switch themes, turning all themes off and still when enabled when I get a call or text my phone crashes and has to be rebooted before I can use it again? Ideas, suggestions? Does the latest software only work with IOS 4.21? I like/ paid for this app and don't think Cydia does refunds?

AsktoCall, CallLock, Lockinfo, Notifier, QuickReply, ScreenDimmer, Shrink, Popup Blocker... Never cared for BiteSMS.

Don't know if you tried this before: uninstall via Cydia all JB apps that touch the phone (call) or SMS functionality, reboot and see if it still crashes. If it does, you will most probably need to restore... If it does not crash, try adding the JB apps one by one and keep testing them one by one until you find the culprit.
