I've noticed that since updating to watchOS 8, my daily calorie burn level is increasing really quickly. Before the watchOS update, my daily burn average was close to 550 calories and now I'm hitting 1300 to 1400 calories burned per day. My lifestyle hasn't change and I'm not working out more than I used to so I'm wondering what's going on.
Anyone else experience the same behavior?
