cam-Hydro movie file

I am trying to burn a Cam-Hydro movie that my relative gave me that can be played on a VLC Player. I cannot get it to burn with Toast, does any1 no how to burn this file with Toast or another Mac software???. Has good video and audio quality just cannot get it 2 burn!!! Thanks
