Camara and stand by problems

every time i click the camara my iphone restarts and every time it goes stand by it turns off and i have to turn it on by holding home and lock button it was working great it just started happening. my iphone is not been hack i try restore still wont fix, Thanks

iphone 3g
version 3.1.3
