Hi folks,

A colleague is looking for a camcorder to film the inside (and outside) of homes for realtors and insurance purposes.

Lighting will obviously be the key and a wider angled lens will help as well.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Cheers

They may want to consider a point and shoot or SLR camera that can take video at 30fps. That way, they could also take decent flash or low light photos if they get one with a large lens that can capture a lot of available light. Files are easy to work with as well. Kodak's are relatively inexpensive, create .mov files with h.264 (easy to edit, smaller file sizes).
