Camera and Flashlight

I own two iPhones (6s Plus and 7 Plus Red).
All too often when I slide up the Control Panel (if that's what its called), if pressing the Flashlight or the Camera, I have to press it two or three times before it comes on or goes off.

Anyone else experience this? Rather annoying actually. Its not like I don't know how to press an icon

I might have JUST figured it out.
A moment ago, I asked my missus to turn on/off her flashlight and camera, on her iPhone 7 Plus (Red). Then I asked her to do the same on my phone, and it worked EACH time.

It seems I was 'pressing' a little too hard. Just tested 'tapping' the icon and it worked each time. Well, the more you know, and all that...!
