Camera app laggs on iPhone 4

Every time I go back from camera to home screen,the animation laggs or when I switch from photo to video it also laggs,how can I fix this cause I fixed the NC lag.

I think that's how it is.. at least it happened to my old 4 as well. the only solution I found is switch to iPhone 5

When u installed iOS 6 did u set up as a new phone or from a backup??
