Okay, this may sound dumb, so I apologise in advance lol.

Is it normal that the iPhone lens goes completely blurry from one single fingerprint? All the other phones in the past I can press the camera lens and it’s fine, but my current phone I have to wipe every single time I want to take a photo because the slightest touch and it looks like it does below. It almost feels like there’s a protective layer or something missing.

I know and understand that obviously things get dirty and need cleaning occasionally, but every single time it comes into contact with anything feels a bit extreme. Is this normal?

Photos of before and after a single fingerprint attached. iPhone Xs Max.
