Has anyone notice a delay when launching the camera app? I have had it happen 3 times and all 3 times it happened was yesterday. When it happened it was a 3-4 second delay and it happened when launching the camera from the lock screen. It looks software related when it happen.

I have seen a delay a few times I have opened the camera app, one time it hanged for a good 5 seconds with a black screen, but most times it opens pretty fast.

iOS 13.2 might fix it, or I’m hoping it will, I’ve not installed the beta this time round, maybe someone that has iOS 13.2 beta 1 can answer?
