I got a 17 Pro recently, and I’m genuinely shocked that no camera control option includes snapping to 1.2/1.5x. It includes 2x and 8x in the “cameras” option, so clearly they’re not against crop lenses being included… am I missing a setting somewhere that could enable it? The UX of selecting 1.2/1.5 is awful and would actually give camera control some use.

Tapping 1x switches between 1.2x and 1.5x if you have 28/35mm enabled.

There are four different ways to access 1.2x zoom.

- You can simply slide the camera control.
- You can slide the camera control and then swipe the on-screen dial that pops up.
- You can swipe your finger on the on-screen zoom options (1x, 2x etc) to pull up the zoom slider
- You can just tap 1x to toggle between them.

Perhaps one of those is more to your liking.
