So i've had "max" versions of phones since they came out but i've stepped back to a non "max" with the 17... and it's my first phone with the camera control button.

It's helpful in the camera app to use as the shutter....But I keep pressing it accidentally when I pick the phone up, and if it's unlocked it's annoying it goes straight into the camera app.

Are there any settings anywhere to disable it on the home/lock screen but use it in the camera app...is that possible?

There is an option in the settings to make it to where you have to double press it to open the camera app
