iPhone XS Camera flicker when moving

Hi there!

I just noticed this flicker when shooting video. Happens when i move the camera side to side or up and down. I can say that i notice it only in certain scenarios.
I had a Galaxy S7 before this and i dont remember it flicker like this.

Why is this happening? Anyone experience the same thing?
