camera+ ipa not backed up...suggestions?

is there any way i can get my camera+ app back that i paid for but is no longer in the app store? i didn't realize i hadn't synced since the purchase and only performed a backup of contacts and texts. i purchased the app while it was for sale in app store and don't want to have to go the way of pirated apps. any suggestions? i asked about this in a thread a couple weeks ago with no help but it was a little off track on that thread. thanks.

You're stuck. There's no legal way to get it back unless it eventually makes it back into the App Store.
