I just bought my iPhone 16 Pro 3 weeks ago and have discovered an issue with the camera. When taking photos outside at night, there are several small bright spots appearing, even though the lens is dirty. I think there might be dust inside the camera. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this issue like I have?"

Dust would be a black spot. These are stuck/dead pixels and quite normal and easily corrected if you make a habit of shooting completely black pictures. In fact that is how photographers map and correct stuck pixels by shooting black frames. Most camera software have tools for simply removing these.

I highly doubt these show up when taking pictures that are correctly exposed so wouldn’t worry.

Yeah, a few people have mentioned similar bright spot issues with night shots on the 16 Pro. It’s usually down to sensor or lens flare rather than dust inside the camera. If it’s happening consistently and cleaning the lens doesn’t help, I’d recommend getting it checked at an Apple store while you’re still under warranty.

I think it's very difficult for Apple to accept the warranty. Because this can only be detected when taking pictures at night, not during the day. And it depends on the angle of the photo to see this.

What do you mean by different angles?

I know these will show up very clearly in a totally black frame but what about a well exposed night shot?
