iPhone 13 Pro Max Camera keeps going back to 1080p???

Why would the camera keep reverting back to 1080p when I set it to 4K?

It should record in 4K unless you're recording slo-mo then it will be in 1080p

I set it to 4K then later on in the day it goes back to 1080p in the settings

I dont take as many pictures so not sure, assuming geotagging always work in the background.

Settings>Privacy>Location Services>Camera and select while Using/Always with/without Precise Location (how accurate you want it). Geotag only works if you use the Camera app. If you use the camera on other apps like Messenger or Messages, it will not geotag.
