Camera Lockscreen

Since updating to iOS 8.1.2 I can no longer access camera from lock screen. Same problem on both iPhone 5 and 6. Have tried a hard reset, but to no avail. Is any one else experiencing this problem?

Did you turn the Camera off in Restrictions?
