Camera: New iPad vs. iPhone 4

Both are 5MP, but the new iPad has iSight features so I figured the new iPad's camera would be better. Looking at photos from both devices, I feel like the iPhone 4 has a better camera. Am I seeing things? Does anyone agree with me here?

Chipworks said the camera is exactly the same part number (the Omnivision OV5650) as the iPhone 4. If you see anything different it's because of software tweaks.

Better ISO adjustment, white balancing and other stuff. Those are things that could result in better photos if the iPad has a better Camera app. (unlikely)
