On of the first things that I noticed on the iPhone was the placement of the camera on the back of the unit. I guess this is ideal for taking pictures but what if you would like to start a video chat?

I videochat daily on skype using my MBP and would be cool to be able to use the iphone and chat anywhere. But having the camera on the back of the unit makes it unpractiuval for this purpose.

I am not sure what the soultion could be, maybe adding a camera to the front or waiting for someone to design a mirror that may be attached to the back.

who knows.

I never thought about that. It would be really cool to use Yahoo Messenger video chat. Seeing as the iPhone already partnered to include push yahoo email. Maybe a webcam peripheral could plug into the bottom of the iphone.
