Because the camera-area is pretty big and i think it would cost an arm and a leg to replace the camera-square if it gets scratched. What you guys think about "lens protector" for 11 Pro?

https://www.amazon.com/s?k=iphone+11+pro+camera&ref=nb_sb_noss_2

They are all just flat piece of glass and there are actually 3 bumps in the iphone in the square. So i'm not sure how this should work... Will it?

(Going to get case for my phone as well)

E: Some of the "camera protectors" are mentioning excellent 3D touch capability. So it's just an glass they butchered that fits the camera hump.

My 6s and Xs Max's lens don't have a single scratch and I don't even care about how and with what I wipe them. You don't need such protection unless you're afraid of dropping your phone and shattering it. The camera lenses don't scratch otherwise.

The hump is actually part of the back glass and not replaceable. They stated on the keynote that the back glass is machined from a single piece of glass and the camera housings for the lenses are attached to it and secured from the inside of the phone. Any crack on the camera portion of the glass will require the entire back to be replaced which is not possible so the phone will have to be replaced just like the previous X, XR, XS and Max

What about scratch on the actual lens? In the XS you can swap the camera module out but there was still class behind it.

You - (probably) can change the camera module but is the class attached to the module or is there a hole in there?

I recon that its just the module and you would have to replace the entire back glass (like you said, the Phone) but if there is a hole in there (alltrough difficult to manufacture) it would be easier to replace if you would have a scratch on the camera lens.

The actual lenses are separate, the color coordinated glass base where the separate lenses are attached is part of the of the back glass
